Hannibal Media has acquired the rights to M.I.A (Missing in Action) written by Scott Windhauser (The Hurricane Heist) for world wide representation.  Kevin Carraway is attached to direct with Amanda Cook producing.

M.I.A is an action movie about a man who wakes up strapped to a chair with no memory of who he is, he is forced to fight for his life and solve the mystery as to why the kingpin of the criminal world is after him.

According to Hannibal’s Richard Rionda, “This is a highly commercial film, in a sense that it is perfectly aligned with the cast’s track record in the marketplace”
